Data protection is of the utmost importance, especially when it comes to personal and sensitive information.
Your personal data (photos, texts, etc.) is safely stored on Google Cloud servers.
When you create and use an account, your data is encrypted and stored on servers in South Korea for backup and synchronization purposes only, and is not shared with third parties. If you delete your account, all relevant data will be deleted from our servers.

Legal basis for processing
We process personal data on the following legal grounds under the GDPR: Consent (Article 6 para. 1 a GDPR): The data subject has given consent to the processing of personal data for one or more specific purposes.
Performance of a contract and pre-contractual inquiries (Article 6 para. 1 b GDPR): The processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or for pre-contractual measures.
Legitimate interests (Article 6 para. 1 f GDPR): The processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or a third party, unless these are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

We implement technical and organizational measures to ensure data protection, including controlling access to data, maintaining data integrity and availability, and implementing privacy-friendly default settings.

We only transfer data within the scope of legal requirements and contractual obligations, in particular when processing data in third countries, in compliance with the GDPR.
In-App Purchases
We collect and process personal data required for in-app purchases, including inventory and contact data. Payment data is processed securely and in compliance with applicable laws, often involving third-party payment service providers who have their own privacy policies.
Data Retention and Deletion
Data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law. We specify retention periods and ensure that they are promptly deleted when these periods expire.
The data deletion feature is available within the app itself.
The deletion process is as follows:
- Go to the Settings page in the profile menu.
- Select the data deletion menu and delete information directly (password re-authentication required).
- Deleted information includes all your posts, photos, and usage history data.
- Account withdrawal is possible only after data deletion, and your user profile information will be permanently deleted at that time.
Children’s Privacy
Our apps are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If we become aware of such data collection, we will promptly delete that information. Parents or guardians should contact us if they believe their child has provided us with personal data.
